The Baking Soda Foot Bath soak cleanses and soothes the skin while enveloping it in a feeling of freshness and well-being. It is scented with essential oils of lavender and cedarwood. Dead Sea Salt: Eliminate foot odor. Relieves swollen legs and feet by improving blood circulation.

Baking soda: eliminates bad odors, has a relaxing effect on the legs and relieves pain in the feet.
Lavender essential oil.

Each of these ingredients brings purifying, relaxing and detoxifying properties.
Put 2 tablespoons of the foot bath mixture in a basin of hot water or a balneotherapy machine. Then soak the feet for 15 to 30 min. Then, rub the feet with a vegetable sponge or a pumice stone, making small circular movements. Rinse with clear water. After the foot bath, do not hesitate to massage yourself with foot cream to relieve pain in the soles of the feet.
Note: for people with blood circulation problems or varicose veins, it is best to take a cold foot bath.
