The Baking Soda Foot Bath soak cleanses and soothes the skin while enveloping it in a feeling of freshness and well-being. It is scented with essential oils of lavender and cedarwood. It is the promise of a good moment of comfort after the effort. This treatment is suitable for tired legs and against cracked heels and bad foot odors.
Ingredients :

Dead Sea Salt: Eliminate foot odor. Relieves swollen legs and feet by improving blood circulation.

Epsom salt: Known for its relaxing properties. Relaxes muscles and relieves sore feet. Eliminates dead skin.

Baking soda: eliminates bad odors, has a relaxing effect on the legs and relieves pain in the feet.

Lavender essential oil.

Cedarwood essential oil.
Each of these ingredients brings purifying, relaxing and detoxifying properties.
Usage tips
Put 2 tablespoons of the foot bath mixture in a basin of hot water or a balneotherapy machine. Then soak the feet for 15 to 30 min. Then, rub the feet with a vegetable sponge or a pumice stone, making small circular movements. Rinse with clear water. After the foot bath, do not hesitate to massage yourself with foot cream to relieve pain in the soles of the feet.
Note: for people with blood circulation problems or varicose veins, it is best to take a cold foot bath.
