Mama Bloom is a nourishing herbal tea to support the female reproductive system and fertility. Made by hand with beneficial organic plants for hormonal balance such as raspberry leaves, red clover and alchemille, it helps feed the uterus by bringing it key vitamins and minerals, and optimize fertility.
Usage tips :
Add 1 tsp. tea of herbal tea at 250 ml of boiling water. Leave to infuse for 7-15 minutes. Drink 1 to 3 cups per day. In preconception, drink 2 x day during the follicular phase of the menstrual cycle (on the first day of ovulation rules).

Not recommended for pregnant women.
