Stress Balance is a soothing herbal tea that helps calm the nervous system, reduce stress and anxiety, as well as their adverse effects on the body. Composed of allied plants of the nervous and adaptogenic system such as melice, oats and ashwagandha, it helps to relax the body and mind. Perfect for Workaholics!

Suggested use:
Add 1 tbsp. Tisane soup in a cup (250 ml) of boiling water. Cover and infuse for 10-15 minutes. Filter and drink 2 to 4 cups a day.
Do not use if you are pregnant or take anti-depressants.
