ICED COFFEE

Aeropress on ice!

  1. 250 ml of filter ground brewed coffee,

Aeropress method infusion: opt for a rather fruity coffee preferably.

For example, our Le Jazz coffee is perfect for this recipe!

If you don't have an Aeropress kit, make yourself a cup of filter coffee with the same blends suggested above.

  1. In a "Shaker" place 2 teaspoons of jam of your choice (blueberries, strawberries or cranberries...) according to your taste.

Chef's suggestion: Use Mishka brand herbal teas in the form of jam, they are fabulous!

  1. Add 1 1/2 oz Coureur des bois (or other coffee liqueur)
  2. 250 ml (1 cup) brewed coffee
  3. Add ice, shake everything

Service:

Open a vanilla pod and slide it around the rim of the glass to release the aroma.

Place the vanilla pod in the glass

Serve and enjoy!
