The Amma Thérapie lavender therapeutic mask is perfect for giving you ultimate relaxation. Its sweet lavender scent is therapeutic and the grains inside allow you to use the mask warm, cold or hot.

How to use the mask
Keep the mask in a bag of hermetic plastic in the freezer so that it is ready to be used cold.
Microwave: Place the mask on a paper towel in a microwave oven. Heat the mask for about 20 to 30 seconds depending on the intensity of the oven.
Where
Conventional oven: preheat your oven to 175 ° F and place the mask on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Heat the mask for maximum 10 minutes. Do not use in a gas oven.
WARNING! Be careful to avoid burning yourself. Move the seeds in the cushion to distribute the heat. Always check the temperature of the mask by placing it on the inside of your wrist. If you want to warm up the mask again when it is still lukewarm, the heating time will be shorter. Never leave a child under 3 without supervision with a mask. Do not leave the hot mask on the eyes more than 5 consecutive minutes.
Mask maintenance
The mask is not washable in the water. It must be protected from the dust and place it on a clean surface. You can rub the surface with a damp cloth if a stain occurs. Avoid using the mask on a make -up face or after applying a moisturizer.
